Asenath Turner Barrows was the daughter of William and Mary Cowgill Turner, Mrs. Barrows was born in Wilsden, Yorkshire, England, September 28, 1856 and came to the U.S. in 1857 at the age of 10 months. She was married to George B. Barrows, November 11, 1896 in Lewis county, MO. George died Apr. 19, 1931. Surviving are four brothers. George E. Turner, William Cowgill Turner of Ewing, Charles A. Turner of Canton and Byron A. Turner of Lewistown. Asenath and George did not have any children.
