MUNCIE--Ruth Ellen Lancaster Ferrell, 54, died Monday at her daughter's home after a short illness.
Mrs. Ferrell was born in Muncie. She was a graduate of Central High School and attended Ball State University. She was a lifelong member of Full Gospel Temple.
Survivors include four daughters, Connie Thomas (husband-Tom), Tammy Foster, Theresa Rodgers and Sun Shine Ferrell; a son, Hershell W. Ferrell; a brother, Edward Lancaster; and a sister, Phyllis Aranda (husband-Benjamin); and 12 grandchildren.
A brother, two sisters, and three grandchildren are deceased.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Calling will be after 11 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.
