Mrs. Mary Frances Hardin Peete (1876-1964), 88, died Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucille Dunbar, Winter Park. Mrs. Peete had been a resident of Crescent City since 1927.
She is survived by two other daughters, Katherine Bedingfield Clark of Crescent City, Mrs. Lena XXX, Fort Worth, Texas, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Clayton Frank Funeral Home, Crescent City. Rev. John Hall, pastor of Crescent City First Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow at the family plot in Eden Cemetery. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Wednesday, 27 May 1964.)
