MELDRIM - Mrs. Cassie Peoples Haymans, 64, died July 23 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The native of Hampton County, S.C., was a longtime resident of Meldrim . She was a member of Meldrim Baptist Church and a homemaker.
SURVIVORS: a daughter, Cathy Ann Brown of Jackson, S.C.; two sons, William Roger Haymans and William H. Haymans, both of Meldrim ; a sister, Jeannette Haymans of Richmond Hill ; seven brothers, W.A. Yarbrough, Jottie Yarbrough and Wallace Yarbrough, all of Richmond Hill , Charles Yarbrough of Tennessee, Eddie Yarbrough of Valdosta, and Harry Yarbrough and Ricky O'Neal, both of Ellabell; 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 5-8 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Massey Chapel in Garden City.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Thursday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Massey Chapel, burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim .
