In 1900 she was still single and living at home with her parents. Did she marry shortly after that. Her gravestone reads "Loving Wife and Mother", did she die in childbirth?

I think I just answered my own question...in 1910, there is a child, Paul Stevens, living with his Aunt "Ora" and his grandmother, Mary E. Spangle, in Dublin, Erath, TX

Miss Sarah Spangle, aged about 30 years, daughter of Solomon Spangle, who lives a few miles west of the city, died Sunday night, the 18th inst., after an illness of only a few hours, of heart disease. The funeral and burial occurred at Economy church Tuesday following."
