Graveside services will be held for Addie P. Beard at 11:00 a.m. Wed. January 29, 1997 at West Side Cemetery. Pastor of the Church of Christ will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Beard was born July 25, 1911 in Ada, Oklahoma, and passed away January 24, 1997 in Taft.
She lived in Taft for 52 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She drove bus in World War II transporting our service men from the ships, bringing them back home and taking to the hospitals.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur R. Beard and grandson Richard Beard. Her survivors include her children, her eleven grandchildren, her eleven great great grandchildren and her three sisters.
