MRS. CORA M. BECKETT, 72, of 922 Kanawha Terrace, St. Albans, died Sunday in Kanawha Valley Hospital after a long illness.
She was a member of St. Andrew Methodist Church in St. Albans.
Surviving are her husband, Oliver of Hot Springs, Arkansas; six sons, G. L. of Lima, Ohio, Wilbur of Marysville, California, Daniel of Durham, California, David of Eatonville, Washington, Charles of Nitro, and Alfred of St. Albans; a daughter, Mrs. Elsie Poller of Deerfield, Illinois; a brother, William E. Burton of Waynesboro, Virginia; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Eggleton of Scott Depot; 20 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lower Falls Baptist Church with Rev. Dan Swann officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
The body will be taken from Bartlett Funeral Home at St. Albans to the church one hour before the service.
