MRS. MAHALA BECKETT

Mrs. Mahala Jane Beckett, 73, of 423 Randolph Street, died Thursday in Charleston Memorial Hospital.
She was a member of Boyd Memorial Christian Church.
Surviving: husband, William Shirley Beckett; son James at home; daughters, Mrs. P. F. Winters of South Charleston, Mrs. J. A. Hutton of St. Albans, Mrs. S. P. Dahmer of Roanoke, Virginia; sisters, Mrs. Elsie Hudnall of Naples, Florida, Mrs. Susie Glassburn of Tad, Mrs. Ella Layton of Spring Fork; one great grandchild.
Service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home with the Rev. David A. Rowand officiating.
Burial is in Sunset Memorial Park.
