Mrs. Hobart was the 13th President General of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution. While she was in term, Constitution Hall was finished. Constitution Hall is Washington DC’s largest Concert Hall. Covering an entire city block in Washington D. C., it was built and still maintained by the ladies of DAR.
