Konle Rites Saturday
Funeral services for Joseph Konle, 71 year old, who died Tuesday at his home in Bear Creek township near the Petoskey-Bay View Country club, are to take palace in St. Francis Xavier church Saturday ata 9 a.m. with burial in St. Francis cemetery.
Mr. Konle, who lived on Petoskey R 2, had been ill for the past week. Death was attributed to heart trouble. The body was removed to the Peters Funeral Home.
Born Aug. 15, 1874 at St. Marys, Pa., Mr. Konle came to the Petoskey area with his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Wendling Konle, when he was a young man and has lived in this region since.
Mr. Konle made his home with a nephew, Carl Meindl. He leaves a sister, Mrs. Sarah Meindl, of Petoskey.
