Newspaper clipping from the Sebeka (Minnesota) Review, January 11, 1907:
Another Barber
J.C. Canedy of Park Rapids came down Wednesday and opened a barber shop, making two barber shops in Sebeka.
Mr. Canedy has his place of business in Slover's land office, until he can find a suitable building for a barber shop. He is recommended as a good barber and he will no doubt enjoy a good business. Mr. Canedy states that he will move his family down from Park Rapids as soon as he can rent a house.
