Death of Mrs. Isaac Freed
~Mrs. Isaac Freed who had been in poor health for the past eight years, died at the Kalamazoo state hospital at 3:30 p.m. Friday. She entered that institution two weeks ago yesterday. Mrs. Freed was afflicted with kidney trouble for several years and paralysis developed and caused her death.
~Undertaker H.G. Good went to Kalamazoo this morning and brought the remains here and they were taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Freed in Sycamore street where the funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. J. Wendel Davis will officiate and interment will be given in Oakridge.
~Mrs. Freed was born in Marshall 49 years ago last February and married Mr. Freed 29 yrs ago last September. Besides her husband she is survived by three sisters and two brothers. Mrs. Carrie Casey, of California; Miss Jennie Wade, of Cleveland; Miss Sarah Wade of Springfield, O.; Charles WAde, of Chicago, and W.B. Wade of Norfolk, Va. She is also survived by three half sisters and three half brothers. She was a member of Trinity Church.
