Jean Williamette Adamson of Gilbert, Arizona passed away on June 25, 2010 in Gilbert, Arizona. She was 80 years old. Jean was born on May 17, 1930 to Coy [Alexander] Munson and Lois [Sarah Addy] Munson in Park City, Utah. Jean spent most of her growing up years in Ely and graduated from White Pine High School in 1950. She was married to Calvin David Adamson that same year and widowed in 1952. She moved to Carmichael, California with her children in 1961 and worked with her brother-in-law John Anderson D.D.S. She retired as a dental assistant after 40 yrs.

She is survived by her two daughters Kaleen (Ned) Thompson of Tucson, Arizona and Marti (Craig) Salmon of Gilbert, Arizona; one brother, Dick (Diane) Munson of McGill, and three sisters; Carla (John) Anderson of California, Valoy Stoddard of Orem, Utah and Lydia Peterson of Orem, Utah, nine grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday July 1, 2010 from 6 to 8:00 PM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W. Juniper Ave, Gilbert, Arizona.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 3, 2010 at the Ely Nevada State Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Viewing will be at 11:00 A.M and funeral services following at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at the Ely City Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Falconer Funeral Home, Gilbert, Arizona.
