BETTY VANSICKLE McGOUGH, 72, of Memphis, born January 16, 1939, died from complications of Lupus on October 22, 2011. Mrs. McGough graduated from Treadwell High School, retired from Memphis Lamp Plant, and was a member of Ellendale Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Harlos McGough; two children, Russell Vansickle (Diane) of Las Vegas, NV and Pamela Bendall (Edward) of Bartlett, TN; stepchildren, Melissa McGough of Chattanooga, TN, Michelle Brown (Mike) of Atoka, TN, Mike McGough (Teri) of Atoka, TN, and Wayne Stanley (Java) of Savannah, TN; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Vansickle and parents, George and Blarnae Broughton. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 25, from 5-7 p.m. with services and interment on Wednesday, October 26, at 10 a.m., all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Germantown Rd.
