Mrs. George (Elizabeth) Barnett, former Ava resident, died Saturday at 11:10 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Della Kohler, at Du Quoin.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Ava Baptist church following which burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery.
Ms. Barnett is survived by three daughtes, Mrs. Grover Varnum, Ava; Mrs. H. A. Smith, East St. Louis, and Mrs. Della Kohley, DuQuoin, and one son, Jesse Barnett, at Ava.
