Dowager Baroness Chandos of Sudeley

Daughter of Edward Clinton, 1st Earl of Lincoln, and the Honourable Ursula Stourton. Paternal granddaughter of Sir Thomas Clinton, 8th Baron Clinton, and Joan Poynings. Maternal granddaughter of William Stourton, 7th Baron Stourton, and the Honourable Elizabeth Dudley.

Frances was married to Giles Brydges, 3rd Baron Chandos of Sudeley, before September 1573.

The marriage produced two surviving daughters, Elizabeth the eldest, and Catharine, Countess of Bedford.

The Dowager Lady Chandos died at Woburn and was interred in the Bedford Chapel of the parish Church of St. Michael, Chenies.
