Traffic Victim Funeral is Set
Mrs. Lue Roberson
Is 15th Casualty
Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Tarrant County's 15th January traffic victim. She is Mrs. Lue Roberson, who died five days after she was struck by an automotible on her way to a prayer meeting. She was 86.

Mrs. Roberson died at 7:45 p.m. yesterday in a local hospital where she had been suffering from a broken hip. A resident of 2910 NW 27th, she was struck in the middle of the 2700 block of Azle.

The auto which hit Mrs. Roberson was driven by a 20-year-old jeweler. The vehicle skidded 42 feet on dry pavement and hit Mrs. Roberson and her daughter, Mrs. Janie Reynolds, 64, as they neared the curb.

Both women were on their way to a prayer meeting at the Rosen Heights Assembly of God Church of which they were members.

A Fort Worth resident since 1925, she was a native of Tennessee.

Mrs. Reynolds, who also received hip injuries, was reported today to be in a "fairly good" condition at City-County Hospital.

Other survivors include four sons, Charles T. Roberson, H. T. Roberson and W. P. Roberson, all of Fort Worth, and Henry T. Roberson of New Mexico, and two daughters, Mrs. H. V. Ford of Denton and Mrs. Maggie Cochel of California.

Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Rosen Heights Assembly of God Church, Rev. O. B. Braune, officiating. Interment, Mt. Olivet. Arrangements, Owens-Brumley.

She married Hop Roberson in Franklin County, Tennessee on November 20, 1883. They had 7 children - Charlie T., Janie S. (Reynolds), James Henderson, Maggie L., Debra H., Hop T., and William P.
