Melbourne, FL; daughters, Judy Perreault (Dan) of Heathrow, FL, Patti Roe, of Leesburg, FL, and Elizabeth Jackson, Leesburg, FL; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Carl graduated from Winter Park High School in 1946, where he played football and was a member of ROTC. He proudly served his country as a U.S. Marine, and later as a 1st Lieutenant in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1963, Carl had a long and happy career as legal counsel with The Boeing Company. His job took him to many parts of the world, and he and his wife, Betty, lived in both Turkey and Spain. He lived many years in Federal Way, WA and also in Connecticut, but his love for the Florida coast always brought him home. Carl enjoyed fishing, traveling and cooking and was well-known for his hospitality and friendly nature. He is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Quinlan
Jackson of Windham, ME and step-daughter, Jacquelyn Brown Johnston of Cocoa Beach, FL. Carl was dearly loved by many friends and family and will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Glen Haven Memorial Park located at 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park, FL 32789 at 1:30 PM on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011.
