FLOYD J. DEMPSEY, 50, of Saddle Brook died Friday. He was a detective lieutenant for the Bergen County Sheriff's Department in Hackensack, where he worked for 28 years. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, Saddle Brook. He also was lead singer for the The Rough Mix, a band. Arrangements: Vander Platt Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.
