She was born Nov. 2, 1950, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Gordon Seyfried and Reni Seyfried. Survivors include her husband, Jim Amend; her parents; two brothers, David Graham and Patrick Boyles; three stepsons, Brian Amend, Steven Amend and Kevin Amend; and one cousin. Services were Sept. 14, 2001, in All Saints Episcopal Church in Fort Worth. Burial was in Greenwood Memorial park.
