Dean Sanders, 73, of Baytown passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2004. She was a resident of Baytown for 46 years. She married Bruce Gordon Sanders on July 24, 1948. They had celebrated their 55th anniversary when Bruce preceded her in death.
Mrs. Sanders was a member of First Christian Church. She was a wonderful mom, homemaker and great-grandmother.
Surviving relatives are: son and daughter-in-law, Jim Lindsey Sanders and Georgia Ann (Winterhalter) Sanders of Baytown; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Junius Lee Hales of Baytown; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Oneita Sutton of Hillsbrough, Tx.; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Wiley Churchwell of Van Burn, Ak. and Glenda and Jerry Partridge of Arlington, Tx; 4 grandchildren, Nancy Elizabeth Sanders of Crowley, Tx., Melissa Beatrice Pugh of the Woodlands, Luke Samuel Hales of Houston and Zachary Lee Hales of Baytown; 3 sisters-in-law, Myrtle Norene Burrows of Nacogdoches, Tx., Betty Fay Tynes and husband Alton of Houston, and Nina Jean Groth of Waco, Tx.
