Roscoe C Milby, age 90, of Route 3, Greensburg, Kentucky, died November 22, 1980 in the Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Kentucky. He was born November 1, 1890 in Green County, son of the late Elisha and Betty Corum Milby and the husband of the late Mrs. Daisy Milby. He is survived by a daughter: Mrs. Frank (Lula) Vaughn of Route 3, Greensburg; and a son R. C. Milby, Jr., of Summersville; a sister: Mrs. Ida Davis of Greensburg, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Milby was a farmer and a member of the Oak Forrest Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The funeral was Monday, November 24 at 1:30 p.m. in the Foster-Jones Funeral Home with burial in the Milby Cemetery. Rev. Melvin Orr and Rev. Shiley Beard officiated.
Pallbearers were Charles Noe, Tommy Noe, D. J. Davis, Tom Davis, Jimmie Turner and James Marr.
