Mr. Horace H. Best, Sr. of Millsboro, formerly of Newark, Del., passed away on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, with his family by his side.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy L. Best; daughters, Judy Daniels and Mary Coale; and a son, Horace Best, Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 12:00 Noon at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE where friends may call one hour prior.
Burial with Military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE.
