Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at Life Church in Laurel.
Interment will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Laurel.
Victoria is survived by her father, Vincent Viner; her mother, Lily Ruiz (Justin Blakeney) of Laurel; her grandparents, Jose Angel and Bernardita Ruiz; her godmother, Lourdes Brown; her Mimi and Pawpaw, and special relatives, Joshy and Ashley.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at Life Church. Colonial Chapel of Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
