Nicole K. (Gillilan) Key, died Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Osmond General Hospital in Osmond, Nebraska. Nicole, daughter of Dennis and Judith (Bargstadt) Gillilan, was born August 17, 1975 at Osmond General Hospital in Osmond, Nebraska.
Nicole grew up near Wausa and attended Wausa Public School. On June 10, 1993, Nicole was married to Kyle Key. In their 15 years of marriage, the couple was blessed with two children, Devan and Samanthia.
Nicole was a member of the Thabor Lutheran Church in Wausa, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and most of all, socializing with family and friends. She lived in Wausa, and employed as the manager of the Dollar General store in Hartington.
Nicole is survived by her children, Devan and Samanthia Key; father, Dennis Gillilan of Wausa; grandmother, Roselyn Bargstadt of Wausa; brothers, Marc Gillilan and Greg (Kristine) Gillilan of Wausa; sister, Jami (Craig) Timmerman of Wausa; four nephews; two nieces; one great-nephew; and two great-nieces.
Nicole was preceded in death by her mother, Judith (Bargstadt) Gillilan; paternal grandparents, Norris and Dorothy Gillilan; and maternal grandfather, Harold Bargstadt.
Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Wausa, NE.
