Mrs. Elvie Ann Ackerson passed away at her home in Battle Creek Thursday afternoon. She was 68 years of age and is survived by her husband, Warren Ackerson, one son, Frank W. Ackerson, of Battle Creek; one sister, Mrs. Clara D. Webster, of Chicago; one brother, John W. Pierson, of Dimondale; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services were held from the residence this morning at 11:00 o'clock, conducted by Rev. G. A. Osborne, pastor of the Maple street Methodist church. Interment was given in the Hotchkiss cemetery, Marshall township.
