She has been a resident of Chesapeake since 1928, working at Huntington Chair and Coyles Upholstery before retirement and was a member of Defender United Methodist Church since February 1941.
She is survived by
her sister, Zelma Goan of Monmouth, Oregon;
granddaughter and her husband, Ann and Ronald Michetti of Daphne, Alabama;
daughter-in-law, Mae Brammer of South Point;
step-grandson, Ronald Atkins of South Point;
numerous friends, including three very close friends, Maida Russell, Dorothy Day and Sharon Simpkins;
several nieces and nephews.
