Gladys Ethel Brammer, age 99, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2006. Gladys was born July 24, 1906 in Grangeville, Idaho, daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Allen Goan.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Norman Brammer and Earl Brammer.
She has been a resident of Chesapeake since 1928, working at Huntington Chair and Coyles Upholstery before retirement and was a member of Defender United Methodist Church since February 1941.
She is survived by
her sister, Zelma Goan of Monmouth, Oregon;
granddaughter and her husband, Ann and Ronald Michetti of Daphne, Alabama;
daughter-in-law, Mae Brammer of South Point;
step-grandson, Ronald Atkins of South Point;
numerous friends, including three very close friends, Maida Russell, Dorothy Day and Sharon Simpkins;
several nieces and nephews.
