DONALD W. PENDELTON, BROCKTON RESIDENT, 51
Brockton -- Donald W. Pendelton, 51, husband of Mary A.(Bodycote) Pendelton, died Saturday in Cardinal Cushing Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Pendelton was born in Brockton on Dec. 10, 1936, son of Raymond M. Pendelton and the late Bertha (Maddocks) Pendelton. He resided in Brockton most of his life.
Mr. Pendelton formerly owned and operated the Country Kitchen restaurant in Abington. He also worked as a marketer at the flea markets in the area.
In addition to his wife and father, he leaves his stepmother, Margaret M. Pendelton of Whitman; two stepsons, Gregory C. Richards and Albert A.J. Richards, both of Brockton; a sister, Ethel Tucker of Manchester, NH, and a half-brother, Raymond M. Pendelton of Tewksbury.
The funeral will be at 8 a.m.Tuesday from the Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home, 238 Court St., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Margaret's Church at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman.
