Sarah Anderst Spokane

Mrs. Anderst, who was born in Bentonville, Ark., died Wednesday in Spokane. She attended schools in Pineville, Mo. She married Elzie Waggoner in 1922 in Benton County, Ark. They moved to Rupert, Idaho, in 1935 and to Cocolalla, Idaho, in 1946. He died in 1949. Mrs. Anderst married John Anderst in 1963, and they lived in Filer, Idaho. He died, and she moved to Spokane in 1973.

She enjoyed sewing and making quilts. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie McCool of Spokane; four sons, Dale Waggoner of Soap Lake, Wash., Louis Waggoner of Newport, Wash., Carl Waggoner of Kennewick and John Waggoner of Newport; 23 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside service for Sarah Margaret (Waggoner) Anderst, 92, will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Sandpoint. Coffelt Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
