MicajahLafayette "Cage" Sellers was born on 16 May 1878 to Micajah C. "Mac" Sellers and Mahala Jane (Underwood) Sellers and died on 21 Sep 1937 in Ararat, Choctaw, Alabama. He was 59 years old. Cage married Mary Rosella Clanahan on 10 Jan 1912 in Choctaw County, Alabama. Cage died during the Great Depression and left Mary with seven children to bring up. Cage and Mary had three daughters and four sons: Mary Leona, Chester Armistead, Clarence Wilmer, Woodrow Wilson, Gertrude, and twins Donald and Dorothy.
At the time of his death, Cage was preceded in death by his parents. He was survived by his wife; four sons and three daughters; two grandchildren; and his brother.
