Survivors: wife Ruth Neiswinger Biddle; sons Clayton Jr., Casey, Biddle; mother Myrtle Lewis Biddle; stepmother Dorothy Biddle; sisters Shirley Kay, Effa Greeno, Rena Segar; brother Wilbur Biddle; stepbrother Harold Whicker; a granddaughter.
