Robert L. Allman, a retired foreman of the U.S. Forest Service, died at his home in Franklin Tuesday morning at 5:30 after a long illness. He was 73.
Born in Macon County August 20, 1883, he married Miss Essie Lewis in 1910. She died in 1933. In 1936, he married Mrs. Minnie Henry Mashburn, who survives.
