Willie P., of Burkeville, Va., born October 23, 1921, son of the late Charlie and Ethel Ellett, passed away suddenly July 21, 2008.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Blanche Saxton Ellett; one daughter, Gloria Blanche Wilson and her husband, Tom, of Seaford, Va.; and one son, Willie P. Ellett Jr. and his wife, Wendy St. Pierre Ellett, of Burkeville, Va. Willie had four grandchildren, Nikki Jenkins of Gonzales, La., Brian Wilson of Seaford, Va., and Kati and Kaysi Ellett of Burkeville, Va.
He was a WWII veteran and loyal member of the VFW in Crewe.
He was also a devoted member of the Crewe Baptist Church.
