Harry Kring, an esteemed young man of this community, died Monday morning after an illness of two weeks. The funeral services were held in the Gospel hall Wednesday afternoon, and the interment made in the Groveland cemetery The officiating clergymen were Rev. Gunther of Faribault Baptist church, Rev Engler of Randolph Baptist church and Rev. Constantine of this place Harry Kring was born in Dundas November 1, 1881 Shortly after his birth the family removed to Randolph, where they resided until six
years ago, when they went to Washington. Two months ago Harry and his mother returned to Dundas and made their home with Mrs. Mary Knoefel. Harry was a very devoted son, and his last thoughts were for his mother, who cared for him during his illness. Great sympathy is felt for the two sisters, who, living in Washington, were not able to be here. Among those from away who were present at the funeral were: Mrs. George Knoefel of South Park, Misses Emma and Selma Knoefel of Faribault, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Grau of Austin, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sharper, Rev. John Engler and son, Mr. and Mrs. Engler and family and Herman Witte, all of Randolph. Besides these there was present a large circle of friends from the surrounding country, who extend their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
