MIDDLEPORT — Mrs. Frances Anne Porter, 89, widow of Hiram Porter, died this morning (Nov. 2, 1956) at her home, 5 East Ave. She had been a resident for 53 years.
Born Sept. 4, 1867 in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late George and Anne King Leckemby. (sic)
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lulu Pierce, Middleport; one granddaughter and two greatgrandchildren; one brother, Walter Leckemby, Buffalo and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at her late home where funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2
o'clock with burial in Hartland Central Cemetery.
