BLANCHE MARIE PALAZZOLO
Passed away on Monday May 22, 2006 at her home. She was born February 27, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of Jacob and Ethel Counterman Wise.
Mrs. Palazzolo enjoyed gardening, bird watching, camping, rock collecting, playing skippo and reading. She enjoyed her family most of all. Prior to her retirement in 1986 she had been employed by Master-Cast as a machine operator for many years.
Mrs. Palazzolo was the Loving mother of Linda Whitt of North Carolina, Bernice Doyle of Pinckney, Carl (Katie) Christensen of Dallas Texas, Arthur (Theresa) Christensen of Milford, Laura (Cal) Hornbeck of Pinckney. Fond grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Sister of Jacob (Barbara) Wise of Perry, Mi. Preceded in death by three sons; Larry, Walter and John and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Keehn Funeral Home, 706 W. Main St., Brighton (810-229-9871) Final visitation will begin on Friday, May 26, 2006 at 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Brighton Church of the Nazarene, 7679, Brighton Rd., Brighton. Burial will follow at Washtenong Memorial Park, Ann Arbor. The family has suggested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
