Dorothy Louise was born to John Bing and Pernie Mary Hamilton Fuller.

Dorothy married Charles Edward Christian on August 20, 1940 in Lawrence County, Ohio. This marriage ended in annullment by Dorothy's mother's interference.

Dorothy married Earl Robert Foreman on June 5, 1943 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Born to this union: one daughter Linda Jean.

Dorothy was a wonderful lady, very talented, good seamstress, always remembering others on their birthday's etc. Her joy was her daughter and three grandchildren, Carl Raymond, Lisa Marie and Hollie Ann. Dorothy also enjoyed her boxer dog.

Dorothy was a member of the Lutheran Church in Pittsburgh.
