Thomas "Tom" C. Whitlow, age 64 of Saffell died Friday, November 11, 2011 at a Batesville hospital. He was born August 20, 1947 at Strawberry, Arkansas to Joseph "Pink" Whitlow and Dolly Honeycutt Whitlow. He was a farmer, enjoyed hunting and fishing and visiting with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his companion and best friend, Patty Huskey of the home, three sons, Jimmy Whitlow of Sulphur Rock, Tracey Whitlow of Little Rock and James Huskey of Springdale, one daughter, Tammy Whitlow of Iowa, two brothers, Rickey Whitlow of Yellville and Gary Whitlow of Strawberry, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the Mount Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in Saffell with Bro. Stanley Vandergrift officiating. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery located at Strawberry with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be Sunday , November 13, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Pallbearers are Wendell Saffell, Ronald Saffell, David Allen, Mitch Bell, Shane Watts and Scott Durham.

Honorary pallbearers are Perry Bell, Lloyd Lackey, Danny West, David West and James Huskey.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tom Whitlow family c/o Patty Huskey.
