Betty Jean Humbert, 56, RR 1, Alexandria, died early today in Ball Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Muncie, she attended local schools and Central High School and had worked at 3-M Corp. in Hartford City. She was a member of Jackson Park Baptist Church in Muncie.
Surviving are her husband, Donald L. Humbert Sr.; a son, Donald L. Humbert Jr., Alexandria; two daughters, Kimberly, at home, and Ginger Elenburg, Muncie; and four grandsons.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel, with burial to follow in Gardens of Memory. Calling hours at the mortuary are 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
