AYCOCK, MARVIN
Marvin Aycock, 50, Mart businessman and farmer, died Friday morning at 2 o’clock in Providence hospital, Waco, where he had been receiving treatment for the past five weeks. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Mart Church of Christ with Minister O.C. Harsell of Centerville, former pastor officiating, assisted by Minister Warren E. Starnes, present pastor. Interment in Mart Cemetery. Littlepage of Mart in charge of arrangements.
Deceased was born Nov. 29, 1899 in Coolidge, coming to Mart at the age of 15 years, and had lived here ever since. Early in life, he became affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Survivors include: His wife, two sons, Thomas and Lyndon, and one daughter, Charlotte Ann; two brothers, O.C. and J.T. Aycock of Mart; two sisters, Mrs. Monroe Layne of Mart and Mrs. Silas Dockery of Ranger.
