Mary Coulam, nicknamed "Mamie", was born to George Briggs Coulam & Elizabeth Harrocks. She was baptized 4 March 1895 into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a faithful member.

At 24 years old, she married Irvin Andrew Jackson on 26 Apr 1911 in the Salt Lake City Temple, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. Mamie & Irvin went on to create their little family -- all boys born between 1912 and 1922.

Sadly, Mary Coulam Jackson passed away in 1937 at just 50 years old. She was survived by her husband and boys, and 8 of her siblings. Preceding her in death was her eldest sister Elizabeth Ann "Lizzie" Coulam-Midgley and both parents.
