Andrew C Bechstein, 82, retired grape grower who resided in the home in which he born, died Tuesday in Good Samaritan Hospital at Sandusky after an illness of several weeks.
Mr Bechstein was a member of St Paul's Episcopal Church, Put-In-Bay.
He leaves a sister, Miss Emma Bechstein, at home.
The body will be taken from the Andres Funeral home in Sandusky Thursday, to the Bechstein home here, where services will be at 3pm Thursday.
