Pryor Adams and Miss Malinda Smith, both of McKinney, were married at the court-house Wednesday by Judge Davison.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 23, 1901
Mr. Pryor Adams, son-in-law of our neighbor, David Smith, of South Fork, died of typhoid fever at his home in Lexington. He was brought here and buried in the McKinney Cemetery. Mr. Adams was a christian gentleman, which is the highest encomium paid to any man. He has left a good wife and four little children, besides numerous friends to mourn his early death.
