Irma was the daughter of Henry William and Anna LOuise (West)Hoffmeyer. she died at the Thayer County Memorial Hospital in Hebron, Ne. at the age of 70 years, 3 months and 27 days.She was baptized at Peace Lutheran Church in Deshler, NE. on Sept. 24, 1916 by Reverend P. Scherwin. She was confirmed at Grace Lutheran on March 29, 1931.She was a member of Grace Lutheran Choir. She graduated in 1934 from Hebron High School. and attended a semester ot the Hebron Academy following graduation fom High School. She was a bookkeeper at the Thayer County Bank in Hebron for 21 years until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents and her uncle Fred "Fritz" West. She was survived by 2 brothers, Walter Hoffmeyer of Deshler, NE. and her twin brother, Erwin Hoffmeyer and wife Elsie of Deshler, Ne. 1 sister, Mrs. Delmer(Hilda) Anderson of Pine Bluffs, WY. and by 3 nephews and 4 nieces. Funeral services were held Monday Jan. 5, 1987 at Grace Lutheran Church in Hebron, NE.Services conducted by Hacker Funeral Homes, Hebron, and Bruning, NE.
