Mr Bobo waa born Aug 14, 1914 in Lamar County, AL to Murphy and Alice Todd Bobo. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marie Pennington Bobo; one son Dennis Bobo; two granddaughters, Rene Bobo and Camla Schultz and two great-grandchildren.

Mr Bobo was proceded in death by his parents; one brother Felix and three sisters, Cora Ward, Ellie Adair and Irene DuBose.

Mr Bobo was active as an ordained Baptist minister for 48 years, including 16 years on WVSA Radio, Vernon, AL.

He attended Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL and Fulton Bible School, MS. His life's work included building custom homes in Grand Junction, CO from 1950-1970.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm Tuesday Jan 13, 1998 from the Chapel of Chandler Funeral Home. Officiating minister was Bro. Gadwin Carpenter.

Interment was in Shiloh Pinhook Cemetery.
