Dessie Grace Alt Rogers Cutillion was the twelfth of thirteen children born to Isaac and Rebecca Elizabeth (Johnson) Alt. On 7 Apr 1909 in Keyser, Mineral Co WV Grace became the wife of Albin Isaac Rogers (1887-1918), the son of ? Rogers and Leota Virginia (LEATHERMAN) Rogers (1884 - 1930). They became the parents of four children: 1. John I , (1910–1994), 2. Phyllis Elizabeth (1911–1958), 3. Virginia Grace Rogers (1910–1984), 4. Richard Albin (1915–1962). Gracie married for a second time, James Austin 'Jim' Culliton. She was 77 years of age at her death and was buried beside her 1st husband Albin Rogers in the Rogers Family Plot at Queens Point Meadows Cemetery in Keyser, Mineral Co., WV.
