Per Dayton Daily News obit: Frank W. Koogler, age 98 of Chestnut Street, Englewood, passed away Friday evening at the Englewood Manor Nursing Home. Lifelong area resident and retired painter. Survived by two daughters, Betty Long of Englewood, Dorothy Morgan of Vandalia; 3 sons, Jack and William of Englewood, George of Centerville; 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Services 1:oo PM Monday, Hay, Powell & Dexter, Englewood Chapel, 101 W. National at Walnut. Burial Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Robert L. Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Sunday. Arrangements Hay, Powell & Dexter.
