Mildred was the daughter of Johnny Anderson and Ora Odessa Wiggins Mullinax. She was first married to Horace Chandler. He died from an accident. Mildred's second marriage was to J T Buttram in May 1931. They had six children. Betty Louise (James B. Douglas), Cyrus Gerald, Douglas Lee (Sr.), Barry Howard, Dennis Ray (Sr.), and Linda Joyce Buttram (M. Mack Cochran). Mildred and J T were divorced in May 1961. Her third marriage was to Jack Berry until his death from cancer. Mildred passed away in 1977 from cancer.
