Haught, Ada May, 82, of Sardis, OH formerly of Pine Grove, WV died Friday, November 23, 2007 in New Martinsville Health Care Center. Ada was born October 18, 1925 in Pine Grove, WV daughter of the late Jesse Lee and Della Mae Davis Haught. She was a homemaker, retired employee from the cafeteria in Ormet and a member of the First Church of God on Russell Avenue. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles L. Haught; daughter, Davida Haught; brothers, Robert Guy Haught and Terry Lee Haught; sister, Gay Hennen; grandson, Stephen F. Postlethwait, Sr.; and best friend and companion, Harry K. Schaub. Surviving are son, Charles L. Haught, Jr.; daughters, Sharon Gwen Hinerman and her husband, Roger of Burchfield, WV, Brenda D. Postlethwait of Paden City, WV, Gretchen McElwaine and her husband, Dan of Bethlehem, WV; brother, Jerome Lloyd Haught and his wife, Jane of Middlebourne, WV; sisters, Joy Condit of Moundsville, WV, Reva Shanholtzer, Ruth Etta Staley and her husband, Carl both of Reader, WV, Faye Webb of Spencer, WV; six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Friends received Noon-until time of services at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2007, Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville with Pastor Russell Whitener officiating. Interment Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
