He was a former manager of Park Pontiac Service Station and was retired from Brooks Street Exxon Service Station. He was a member of Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral, American Legion, Charleston Musicians union and Sons of Italy lodge, He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving: wife, Hope Parcell Miragliotta of New Jersey; sisters, Carmella Miragliotta and Jean Miragliotta, both of Charleston, Maria Miragliotta of Oak Brook, Ill.; brothers, Sam and Tony Basil, both of Charleston and James of Tampa, Fla.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral with the Rev. Edward Sadie officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Charleston. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p. m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home where there will be a Christian wake service at 7:30 p.m.
